Executive Session

Approval of minutes from the February 18, 2026 ATP Board Meeting.

Action Item 2

Approval of a resolution authorizing the Executive Director or their designee to negotiate and execute an agreement with Carr Properties 100 Congress Owner, LLC for the lease of approximately 51,600 square feet of administrative office space located at 100 Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas for a term of 90 months, in an amount not to exceed $32,000,000.

Approval of a resolution authorizing the Executive Director or their designee to negotiate and execute an agreement with CBRE, Inc. to provide certain owner representative services, including finish-out and improvements and equipping of administrative office lease space at 100 Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas in an amount not to exceed $15,000,000.

Approval of a resolution amending the Austin Transit Partnership Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget to appropriate $15,000,000 for administrative expenses associated with tenant finish-out and improvements and equipping of administrative office lease space located at 100 Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas.

Approval of a resolution authorizing the Executive Director or their designee to negotiate and execute all documents necessary for the acquisition of up to 18 parcels of real property for use as parts of the Austin Light Rail Phase 1 system, including parcels designated for use as the operations and maintenance facility and parcels located on the proposed rail line for Austin Light Rail, and authorizing funding for such acquisitions.

Approval of a resolution authorizing the Executive Director or their designee to (i) negotiate, award, and execute a design-build construction contract with Kiewit Austin Partnership, a Joint Venture between Kiewit Building Group, Inc. and Austin Commercial, LP for all design and construction services for the operations and maintenance facility elements of Austin Light Rail, (ii) authorize commencement of the Phase 1A Work as defined in such contract, and (iii) provide funding for the Phase 1A Work in an amount not to exceed $25,000,000.

Approval of a resolution amending the Austin Transit Partnership Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget to appropriate $20,000,000 for professional services to advance the design of the operations and maintenance facility elements of Austin Light Rail.
